Pricing

SubHubEdu charges only for full-time teaching staff at your school.

Substitute teacher accounts are completely free and unlimited.

Pricing is based on your school’s total number of full-time teachers and will be confirmed at the time of onboarding.

If your total user count increases significantly—such as through staff expansion or additional school sites—you may be moved to the next pricing tier. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance and prorated for the remainder of your term.

Free Trials

All new users receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at the time of signup to activate the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel at any time.

If you cancel within the first 90 days after your trial ends, you will receive a full refund.

A prorates will be issued after 90 days of use.

Billing Cycle

At the end of the 30-day trial, your card will be charged for a full year of service, unless the trial is cancelled before the 30 days expire.
